YOUR ACCOUNT. YOUR CHOICE.
Delete your account
You can request permanent account deletion from the app or this website.
Delete using your account
- Log in and open Account settings.
- Find “Delete account.” Enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Choose “Permanently delete my account.”
Deletion cannot be undone. Export your information first if you want a copy. Sync outstanding at-bats before deleting. Older accounts using the previous sign-in method must first set a password to confirm ownership.
Can’t access your account?
Try account recovery. If that does not work, submit a privacy request and select deletion. No login is needed. Save your private request code to read our reply; no email is sent. We must verify your authority before deleting or disclosing account information. Never send a password or verification code in a request.
What is removed?
Your profile, private birthday, sign-in credentials and sessions, phone-verification records and recovery challenges, preferences, agreements, connections, authored community content and account support records are removed. Active matches are cancelled. Conversations and feed discussion associated with your shared matches are removed, and your profile photo is queued for deletion with retries if storage cleanup fails.
What may remain?
Shared score history and numerical rating contributions remain for other players, using a separate random removed-player reference for each match instead of your account ID. Opponents may still recognize a session; this is not guaranteed anonymity. A restricted account ID and deletion date remain to prevent deleted accounts from being recreated through an older sign-in. Pending photo-cleanup records remain until cleanup succeeds.
Separately submitted privacy or safety reports remain under their own deletion procedures. Safety evidence may include references necessary to handle the report. Other people’s copies and hosting backups or logs may also remain. Read the Privacy Policy’s deletion details.
