GOOD COMPETITION. GOOD PEOPLE.
Community Guidelines
Keep the league focused on baseball, softball and respectful competition. These rules apply to profiles, posts, photos, comments, matchups and messages.
Effective October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19.3
1. Compete honestly
Use accurate age and player information. Record real at-bats, review results fairly and resolve mistakes through the scorecard dispute process. Fake sessions, rating collusion, impersonation, impersonating an official league or coach, and evading restrictions through another account are not allowed. A good rating does not excuse bad conduct.
2. Respect people and their boundaries
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, targeted humiliation, sexual harassment, threats or encouragement of violence. Do not pressure someone to meet, share personal information, provide images, continue a session or approve a result. Honor a refusal, a block or a request to stop contact. Do not organize others to harass a player or make retaliatory reports.
3. Protect children and teens
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized depictions of children and conduct that facilitates or encourages exploitation. Attempts, links, requests and computer-generated depictions that facilitate abuse are also prohibited. Do not solicit sexual images, sexual conversations or secret meetings with a minor.
Players must be 13 or older. Do not lie about age or bypass teen/adult restrictions on connections, conversations or sessions. Discoverable profiles can be found by name across age groups. Teens must have parent or guardian permission and should arrange sessions with adult supervision. Age is calculated from a self-reported birthday for new accounts; older accounts can still use a previously supplied age. Neither is proof of someone’s identity. Tell a trusted adult if contact feels threatening, manipulative or sexual.
Use the child-safety report category for suspected exploitation or dangerous contact. Describe the location of the content; do not attach, forward or download suspected CSAM. We may restrict access while investigating and escalate to the appropriate authorities when required. If someone is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911; elsewhere use the local emergency number. App reports are not an emergency service.
4. No sexual content or intimate-image abuse
This is a sports community. Sexually explicit imagery, pornography, sexual services and sexually exploitative content are not allowed. Nonconsensual intimate imagery is prohibited, including altered or AI-generated sexual depictions, threats to distribute them, and links used to spread them. Consent to take an image is not consent to share it.
A depicted person or their authorized representative can use the intimate-image removal form without an account. Provide the requested description and content reference rather than a copy of the image. Other people can also flag a concern for review. Where applicable law requires a removal deadline, that deadline governs our response.
5. Protect privacy and ownership
Do not publish another person’s address, phone number, private messages, passwords, school schedule or sensitive information without authorization. Avoid sharing your own private details in public profile fields. Obtain permission to share recognizable photos of others and appropriate guardian permission for young people. Do not upload copyrighted work you lack permission to use. Report concerns through Privacy requests or Copyright concerns.
6. Keep the service lawful and usable
No scams, phishing, malware, spam, fraudulent fundraising, unauthorized commercial solicitation, sale of illegal goods, exploitation, or organizing unlawful activity. Do not try to obtain another person’s login or recovery information. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls or misuse reports to access private information.
7. How we respond
Reports and submitted Community videos go to authorized human moderators. Moderators can review all Community posts across friends lists and privacy settings, approve submitted videos, hide or remove content, require profile changes, and issue account restrictions. Limited automated text checks do not inspect every photo or detect every violation. We review available information and may remove content, warn a player, restrict an account or suspend access. Serious safety risks may require immediate restrictions. We may keep limited case records where needed to investigate or meet legal obligations, consistent with the Privacy Policy. A report does not automatically prove a violation, and another player’s private information may limit what we can share about the outcome.
To ask us to reconsider an action, use Help & support or a safety report and identify the action. Public safety-report replies are read using the private case code shown after submission; the form does not send email or text replies. In-app player-report resolutions appear in your account. Reports are not monitored continuously, and receiving a report does not mean an emergency responder has been contacted. These guidelines are part of the Terms of Service.
What can be posted
Community contains reviewed Premium baseball/softball videos with captions up to 200 characters, automatically confirmed matchup results, and Premium activation announcements. You may like or unlike eligible posts. Standalone text posts, comments, replies, repost commentary and direct messages are not supported. Do not put private contact details, off-app contact requests or invitation notes into captions, profiles or facility fields.
Video review
Submitted media and captions must pass AI review before publication, including audio and visible text where they can be assessed. Human reviewers can reject or remove a video, but cannot bypass AI review to publish it. Unrelated content, sexual content, grooming, harassment, threats, drug sales, scams, spam and contact solicitation are prohibited. Unavailable or uncertain review leaves media private and pending. Revise the submission or request owner review from your video library. Report concerns and block players using the existing controls. Review does not guarantee that harmful content will never appear.
